Welcome in Fiesole, the panoramic hill above Florence and one of the most important ancient Etruscan cities!
My location proposes a unique view of Florence and Fiesole all at once: a home with an exclusive Tuscan terrace just for you in a friendly atmosphere.
Me, my husband Matteo and my mother Loredana welcome you in our home and family!
There's only one rule: please do as if you were in your own home.
Here together we'll discover the ORIGIN of Tuscan cuisine: 2.800 years old secret recipes (keep the secret!) starting from local raw materials and you will prepare it with your own hands! And also a class about the real Italian Gelato (ice-cream).
At the end of each class we will have dinner all together tasting our creations and sipping local wine from small producers offered by me!
You will spend unconventional time in a place far from mass tourism...
